Welcome to Final Honor About Us

I am Nancie Hamilton and Final Honor began as a result of my husband Ed's death in September 2003. When I received his cremains from the funeral director, they were presented only in a box. I had been looking at keepsake memorials, and could not find one that paid tribute to my husband nor did him justice. Ed had been a volunteer fireman for 32 years in Nutley, NJ and I did not feel any of the keppsakes I had previewed fit the person my husband was. Being a firefighter was such an important part of Ed's life it seems only fitting I designed a keepsake to serve as his final honor. Final Honor Keepsakes are now available for others so that they too may be honored.

The Keepsake has now evolved into an award. It will be the rotation trophy for the 5K run on June 19th 2010 for “Help Extinguish Hunter Syndrome” being held in Vandalia Ohio.    For more info go to www.ExtinguishHunterSyndrome.com
